It is reassuring to be able to get accessaries for your blinds indefinitely and a credit to your company\'s ethos.

Excellent product - very happy. One aspect that could be improved though is for the sharpness of some of the product edges to be highlighted to the user. I did manage to knick mysef a couple of times during fitting. Great blind though. The blackout and thermal insulation features are very effective and were much needed!

For some reason it would not let me add my flat number, just the building no. Frustrating and delivery didn’t ring my buzzer on second item (Brackets which arrived four days after actual blind).

A customer of mine needed a replacement black out blind for a Velux window. I\'ve never worked on a Velux system before but was really impressed with the quality and accuracy of the replacement parts and, in particular, the fitting instructions.

Whilst Im delighted with the product, the delivery arrived several days before it was expected. I was out at the time and the boxes were left on my doorstep in the rain. I received no notification so made no alternative arrangement (ie delivery to a neighbour,). Fortunately they werent stolen or rain damaged but this is definitely an area for improvement.

Very disappointed. Put blind up today, only to discover 3 pin holes and a dirty mark when we unrolled blind. Have emailed today requesting replacement blind. My overall assessment of the company will be based on how quickly the blind is replaced.
