Delivery took ages (8 days instead of 2 days), customer service refused to match the current price on the website on the day of delivery (black friday promotion had kicked in a few days after I ordered and was still active), didn't care when I said I would then return the product, took 4 days to reply to the return request, and said they needed more 10 days to book a collection, and then 10 more days to process the refund. This is the worst customer experience I've had in a long time with any online retailer. I'll purchase from clone makers in the future: their pricing is more competitive, their customer service is better and their delivery time is much better. All this could have been avoided if the price difference between the price at order time and the price at (late) delivery time had been refunded.
