Website, Ordering and delivery all great. The quality of the fabric used is disapointing, giving a puckered look to the edges of the blind. To be fair I bought these knowing this would be the case having seen other people's blinds with the same problem. Unfortunately I couldn't find an alternative to velux. Once they do deteriorate and need replacing I don't think the fabric is recyclable but couldn't find any information on the website regarding this.
