I ordered one pole and received two. I have been unable to make contact with anyone to advise on how to return the unneeded item. There was a delay with my order which wasn’t a problem , but I wasn’t advised as to when to expect it .It was just left on my doorstep ! I can’t comment on Velux blinds because that wasn’t what I ordered .
