The blind I received doesn’t work properly and after contacting customer services I haven’t had a satisfactory outcome just instructions how it works . The blind won’t spring back up and I defective. Really dissatisfied
When my builder eventually figured out how to install the blind, after 3 hours, it was OK. We had to phone for technical support. I would suggest that you have someone to install the blind. It cost enough.
I had to contact customer services regarding a damaged blind...this was dealt with in a timely manner
