The first of two service quality requests “How did we do” was sent to me before I had received the blinds. I have now fitted six Velux roller blinds and I am impressed with the manufactured precision and appearance of the blinds. It’s always useful to view YouTube videos of other people‘s installations.

My product was delivered early and we were away. Fortunately my father in law was able to take the product in for us. Perhaps choosing a delivery slot/day would be more appropriate or giving accurate dates when booking?

You delivered the wrong blinds from what ordered.The office is closed on Fridays so email sent and will need to call them on Monday. Quite a bit of hassle to return them which I don’t fully understand hence will need to speak with customer services. Not impressed!
