I have not received my Velux blind yet so the survey is premature. I have requested that the delivery date be changed but have heard nothing back so have no idea when it is to be delivered.

Great service, only let down by courier who delivered it to a neighbour. Very impressive installation process very well thought out. Only downside is there is some very slight wrinkling on one side of the blind - maybe due to the way I installed it so don't be put off by that.

I ordered a blackout blind, initially in the wrong colour (my mistake, though I found the colour charts on the website hard to match). So I had to order a 2nd and return the 1st. Both deliveries were great, and installation was easy. I do appreciate that a full refund was given for the returned blind (thank you) but the return process took a long time (4 weeks?) and seemed only to move forwards when I asked (which I did 2 or 3 times). But thank you - great quality, much appreciated.
