One blind was faulty which I found to be very annoying as I couldn’t complete the installation and have to wait another 10days for a replacement.

Instructions were terrible. I’d recommend investing in some user testing to ensure that instructions are user friendly.

Stock of refurb package had to be sent from abroad. Stock should be kept in UK to enable faster delivery.

Very poor service from Evri , lost one blind can’t find it ! Say they attempted delivery but never.

Hi - very happy with the replacement blind which we bought recently - the previous blind had done excellent service for over 30 years! My only comment is that your website ould be clearer about which products are a direct replacement for the existing model and which require different fittings. It wasn't a big problem, as we had ordered a new set of brackets just in case, and fitting them was straighforward, but it was a surprise to find that they were completely different from the previous ones!

Installation is fairly straightforward and the illustrated guide is very clear. It is however worth taking time to get it right and not trying to rush the job.

The difficulty for me was matching the Velux colours with those I needed for the other windows.
