Installation instructions were easy to follow. The items was packaged in such a way to make Installation easier e.g. cords wound up, transit plastic pieces to hold part in place.

Your staff are very polite and lovely to deal with. But I had to phone back several times because errors were made such as I did a video and photo of my three VELUX windows and then I got a quote for only one external black out blind and then you have to phone back to sort out the quote. I know you have the ring back service but for various reasons it does not work and then you have to phone back again. Your staff are a pleasure to talk to but you still wish you did not have to do it. I have now received the blinds but have to wait until 2nd October to have then fitted so cannot comment on quality etc.

Seems like a well made product although pricey. It does exactly as promised and was easy to fit , with fit customised to Velux model. If durability is good I would highly recommend both the company and the product. We have a due south facing Velux window and the blind is very effective. The electric open/close of the solar blind is great as the window is too high to access.

Heat blind is well worth the investment on your Velux windows - it’s worked a treat over the last couple of days, noticeably reducing the temperature in the room.

The provided instructions were not great. I watched a video on YouTube by a third party and it made the fitting very easy.

Waited a while to speak to an advisor but they were very helpful re my queries & I was happy that I was buying the right product. All credit to Velux for coding each window. The blind is excellent both in terms of quality and design and it works very well. I bought the blind to shut out the fierceness of the sun during a hot period and it completely cast the room in darkness and instantly cooled it. It glides open and shut. It was simple to fix.
