We ordered 2 blinds the first one fitted so easy the second one we couldn't get right so we rang velux customer service and the guy was so helpful had it done in no time he was excellent.

Very helpful when returning the blinds I had ordered. It was very straightforward on the website. Filling in a form and collection was organised in a couple of days. Did find it strange having to upload a photo of my package that was returning. Almost like I was getting my homework marked re the re packaging job I'd done. Can see people to aren't great on computers/phones struggling with that part i.e. having to upload pictures in order to return.
