Slight wave down one side of the blind itself, I assume it’s slightly out of alignment in manufacturing as all other installation measurements are correct.
Overall I was disappointed with how VELUX customer service responded to my query. I received wrong colour items but decided to put up with it. I think the problem is really with how things are presented on the website. I’ve been internet shopping for years but I found this experience difficult and not satisfactory. I hope my blinds last long enough that I can move house before I have to replace anymore!! I hope I never have to buy velux windows or blinds at my next home.
The blind has exceeded my expectations. It completely shuts out the light. It’s fantastic.
Return not applicable but the other aspects were very easy to navigate. Fitting was a little confusing but got there eventually
Jennifer from customer service did not amend the invoice as requested! Slow service just to get a copy of a invoice!
