My builder bought a velux blind through another person and it was faulty. They took so long in agreeing to take it back that I just asked for money back bought from you used same fitter and it’s perfect.

The quality of the Velux products are first class, as are the fitting instructions. Took around two weeks for the product to arrive which could be improved.

It’s very useful to be able to buy a spare part for an old Velux window. In my case that was a new blackout blind for a 36 year old window.

You did confirm that the product did actually arrive a day earlier than the order confirmation advised it would and that you are very happy with this item as well as the numerous VELUX windows you have in your property with have stood the test of time, some at 30 years old and going strong.
