One of the packages had been stood on , you can see the boot print , this had broke the piece but fortunately I could work round it , may be a bit more care needed

The only criticism I have is the instruction manual I found a YouTube video from a random man that was far more helpful than your videos. But I love the quality and they are in fact easy to. Install with better instructions!

The black out blind we purchased looks really neat and completely blocks out the light. It was relatively easy to fit. Very happy with the whole Velux experience.

The blind and awning were delayed (it took about a month to arrive from the order) and it arrived very badly damaged. But, when I was able to speak to a customer representative, he was excellent and re-ordered the blinds, which I hope will arrive soon.

No ability to accurately track delivery progress. I was literally told it was being delivered by a third party and just had to wait. Missed promised delivery date with no advanced notification that delivery wasn’t coming, having waited in all day. Very poor, with Velux customer service not seeming to care.
