The website is very good & I would recommend it. My score of 7 is purely around price point. My purchase was made during a sales promotion. I am very happy with my blind and decided to purchase another 2 blinds for a different room. Unfortunately your website price was significantly more expensive than a competitor selling genuine Velux blinds. I contacted your customer service team to confirm the other companies credentials. You did not offer to price match their promotion price. Otherwise I would have purchased directly from Velux again.
