I found the whole process excellent except for the installation instructions. I consider myself a reasonably capable DIYer and would probably cope with 80% of home projects independently. Thè single slip of paper enclosed in the package with four or so pictures but no words was virtually useless. I often resort to independent online videos when I get stuck but with such a big product range, have not found one relevant to my purchase. I think I have eventually worked it out ( awaiting a second pair of hands to actually do the installation). In this day and age it would be nice to have a product specific video on your website for customers who need it, which could be discovered via a QR code on packaging or invoice. That apart, the product itself is excellent, as was the website, ordering and delivery process
