Honestly, the return I’m trying to make is overwhelming and overly complicated. I’ve had so many emails regarding these blinds.
Booked a return via DX Freight. Two wasted days when they failed to collect. Very poor company.
My recent order was only for samples and this was dealt with effectively, it arrived safely through the standard post. I however also have Velux products, one of which is a recent blind purchase and product quality has gone down over the years - how can a blackout blind that let light through around the frame be sold as blackout? This is somewhat mystifying! Furthermore, this specific product is wrongly depicted on the Velux website with a different model being shown instead creating some misunderstanding as to what is being purchased.
