Poorer quality and function than previous blind. Very poor installation instructions and no instruction at all for removal of old unit. Actual install was more difficult than original unit. Jerky feel to operation and creases in fabric which hopefully will stretch out over time??

The delivery service on the first item was very poor due to the packaging was badly damaged and so were the item inside, I would have preferred to be told that the delivery would need to be rebooked due to damaged items rather receive damaged items and have to chase a replacement. Your staff were very helpful in sorting out the problem and getting a quick replacement to me so I would recommend you to my friends for your professionalism.

Excellent customer service - online and telephone. Ordered new blinds this time but previously had very good advice re replacement glass for our 30 year old windows!

Blind came in it’s own box without extra outside packing. The box had a tear in it
