Your picture instructions are not very helpful. There is a definite knack to installing the solar blinds. I found the insertion of the grey plastic cord holder really difficult until I discovered you had to apply pressure at the bottom first. There were a number of other issues. Your website mentioned installation tips, but it just took me to the same pictures I already had. An in depth video would have been really helpful. I still have a part to fit and I have no idea what purpose it provides. Everything seems to work fine without it. Also, your pictures show attaching 3 screws to the rails and there are actually only 2 holes which is really difficult to see once they are in place. However, once I got to the sixth blind, I did find it really easy to install! I’m an expert now.
Such a relief to have good customer service. Helpful advice before ordering. For a return with refund when I ordered the wrong size by clicking the option above the one I meant to click, they collected at agreed time. Prompt advice with video call when I was having trouble installing. All very good thanks.
The blind was expertly designed so that it was extremely easy to fit and the fit was superb.
Small fixings were missing from my order that are taking well over a week to be posted out to us which could just be sent first class letter .
