I love being ablecto see samples of velux blinds to ensure I select the correct type and colour.
Basically a great product. Locking mechanism much improved on previous model that failed. (Strings wore through the guides - after 10 years! Not really a complaint.). My only real disappointment was that the screw holes are different. I now have three sets in my windows. They are hidden but it made fitting a little more difficult.

Was so easy to find what I was looking for and using the code on the window got the correct item
Easy to find details of blind requirements. Delivery ETA emailed and was within the time indicated. Packaged well. Installation good for a DIY expert (my husband). Ours were a like for like replacement with solar remote. Very happy with our experience.
