The ordering process was straightforward but the communication that then followed was confusing and overwhelming. I wasn't clear on what item was coming when and which country it was coming from. I ordered two sets of clips in the order and they were shipped separately in massive boxes. They could easily have been posted in an envelope. Not very efficient for you, poor for the environment and fills up my cardboard recycling unnecessarily.
