Installing my new blinds was a complete headache. Not at all straightforward - even when I had a video call with your Customer Services person. The information she gave me was incorrect. I had to get a local builder to come round and he was perplexed for a while too. He agreed with me that the printed instructions - and those given to me on the phone - were incorrect. Fortunately he took some initiative and managed to fit them. But it was all a headache.
