The product is a quality item, however they do seem to be a premium price. I fully appreciate that raw materials and manufacturing costs have increased but even with discount expensive.

Excellent quality and amazing that perfectly fitting blinds are available on such short notice for old windows. Fitting was exceptionally easy.

The blind would have received 5 stars, but for the fact that the fitting pieces DK-2970, were not included, and I had to go back onto your website to order them. Considering the cost of the blind, they SHOULD have been Included!!

Very happy with the blind and fitting instructions. My only slight disappointment was the extending pole. It works well with the actual window locking bar but was also said to be for the blind. The blind does not really have a lip that the head of the pole can positively engage/hook. I can open and close the blind but I'm having to use both hands and press firmly to ensure the hook doesn't pop out.

Cartoon style fitting instructions were not adequately accurate to ensure correct fitting without to multiple recourse to customer services (who were very helpful). Specific instructions such as "ensure that the grey plastic runners fit into the thin gap in the side of the aluminium sliders and that the string runs cleanly within this space also"

The quality of the blackout blind is very poor, the runner doesn’t stay in the groove when opening the blind and crumples the wafer thin blind.
