Customer help service extremely friendly and helpful. Alistair was very helpful and patient when I phoned for help for which I am extremely grateful. I would have no hesitation in recommending VELUX to one and all for the product and the excellent customer service.

Product faulty but did not find fault until installed. Blind rucked up slightly near bottom corner where open/close handle bar is attached. REASON Poor assembly. Fitment easy with pictorial leaflet and impressive little screw driver. Attaching blind support lines a little tricky with weakest hand. Maybe adapt the end of your supplied screw driver to align anchor clip into slot would be helpful. Regards. Jon P

It is easy to put the position sensor on upside down. Fortunately it is also easy to reverse it and the blind then worked perfectly.

Very easy to fit. Seamless joints. If you need a blind for a Velux window you should not look anywhere else.

Compared to a Velux blind bought 10 years ago- this one is more fiddly to put up- with small plastic parts to fit together to make it work. Overall it's less robust.

Excellent blinds, easy to order and very easy to put up. We wanted proper Velux blinds so they would fit correctly and we weren’t disappointed. However, delivery was a bit confusing as arrived early by 4 days but we didn’t get a text until/email until 1hr before and we weren’t able to be in to get it. (We then quickly put return to depo on tracking website to pick up but it was already left with a neighbour). When we did eventually manage to get the blinds, one had a damaged box and slight mark on the blind which was a bit frustrating after a long wait to get them. So apart from inaccurate delivery communications and box damage in transit we were very happy with the quality of blinds and instructions and ease of putting them up.
