Good quality products and lots of choice. Attention to detail with the fitting instructions and method. We replaced our windows after 20 years for a new look and the quality still shows.

You told me to expect delivery on Monday 20th October which was fine because we are currently away on holiday and there’s nobody home. You now tell me via tracking that the blinds were delivered today! What is going on?

Delivery was not great. The roller shutter was left by the door. The second package was delivered to the wrong house 500 meters away. There was no way to communicate with the delivery company.

I was not notified of the day the carrier was picking up the return. I did not get a notification that VELUX had received the return. The return process is lengthy and complicated compared to other companies. Would have preferred to send my return back by post. Communication is poor.

I am very happy with the delivery service and quality of the product and I would purchase again. My blinds are damaged and are waiting for customer service to respond to my email.

It was perfect. Ordered quickly found the item I required and seamless from order to delivery. The installation was perfectly described and effortless to install.
