I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered, apparently it was received at the Evri distribution center a week ago but still has not been dispatched for delivery. I have tried to contact you by phone but haven't been able to get an answer, I have been kept on hold for more than 15 minutes before giving up.

I am very sorry to hear about the delay of your telescopic pole. I apologise for the delay in being able to contact us. Our phone lines are incredibly busy which then occurred a wait time of up to 15 mins. I am so sorry that we were unable to assist you at that time. However, during our recent conversation you explained that the pole had been delivered and the pole was in good condition. Hopefully, your tenant will now be able to get the full use out of their VELUX window.
