Everything was great - and easy - except the delivery. I think I’d actively avoid any supplier using Evri now - they’re utterly incompetent and simply don’t care. I have my parcel now but pictures of “my blind” being delivered to other people’s homes really confused things - I was trying to track it down with neighbours. I’ve no idea what those pics were though as my blind was delivered another time (and was not in the pictures). They’re a joke but the Velux end of the process was great!

Goods still not received. Change from Evri. Unreliable and poor service

Wrong item issued and after reaching out to the company they didn't. Acknowledge my email correctly. The product is great quality but instructions and tryi mg to download manuals etc is a challenge as I found the website bounces from product to product.

Fitting instructions are not easily clear and understandable. Confusing pictorial images. Found the guide rails to long will need to be shorter by 5 mmm

Just find the Velux code on the window and then there are no problems ordering the correct blinds from the website. Delivery was within a week as the blinds came from Denmark and was exactly as advised.
