Staff on the phone (I called twice re delivery) were very helpful, however, delivery instructions did not seem to be passed on to or actioned by courier. Hence my blind had 2 failed attempts as I was on holiday.

Suggest you use a different delivery company. Based on many past experiences Evri are hopeless. This time I didn't get a notification after an email saying the had received the package ie no delivery information at all, luckily I was at home.

The website was easy to navigate and because of your coding system super easy to place an order. Fitting of the blind is also straightforward. Time from placing the order to receiving the blind was also very good. The only thing I could request is that you send a reminder of how to detach an existing Velux blind - ours had been in place for so long that we were unsure as to how to do that - brute force ie. just pull or was there a release mechanism?

The online shop was very good clear to understand thanks for keeping me informed about my delivery.
