No problem with ordering,fairly easy. Delivery time was drawn out had to wait nearly ,2 weeks. Item tracking was of no use, happened to be at home luckily, had no warning of delivery. Item good quality and easy fit.

We had to push EXTREMELY hard to make the top of the solar black out blind click and fit flush with the skylight frame GGU FK06 They work really well to keep the heat and blinding bright light out in the kitchen. THANK YOU

Velux, you nailed it! The only doubts I had were my own diy skills and in the end , it was a doddle to fit our new blind.the online video was excellent, but even just the leaflet was simple enough to follow. Click click click

For a company like VELUX not to be able to deliver within 48 hours in this day and age is very poor.

Your Customer Service Department is excellent. The agents are friendly, helpful and professional. Ordering was easy. Delivery was as promised. Packaging was substantial. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Whilst the delivery of all items was on time and as expect. The package was crazy. The 3 roller blinds were packaged well. But the Out-of-reach-rod adapters were packaged crazily. Each adapter was in an velux package measuring approx 4cm x 4cm x 4cm, but then each adapter was in a seperate delivery box measuring approx 12cm x 12cm x 6cm. So there were 3 large boxes weighing next to nothing delivered. All 3 adapter could have been put into a small jiffy bag. I have photos of this if you want to see them....
