On my skylights, I have a handle at the bottom which is in the way of the clips I brought to go on the velux blinds to help pull them down with the pole. Nothing wrong with the product it is just my skylights have the handle at the bottom as well, which is in the way.

The ordering process was entirely straightforward using the codes on the roof light. Choice of colours was comprehensive. Delivery was punctual with good communication. Installation of the blind was a doddle, the instructions were very simple and clear. Overall very pleased.

Your website crashed when I ordered to products and I ended up with a Duplicate order which could not be cancelled so I had to request a Return. That took over a week for it to be Approved and then the Collection could only be arranged for "During 8am till 6pm" which is woeful in this day and age

The delivery service was very bad. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and I didn’t receive it until Friday. When I tried to make enquiries with the courier Evri I didn’t get any honest answers . I thought at one point the delivery had been lost. Had several bad experiences with Evri. Please consider using another courier as they will tarnish your reputation which would be a great shame

Got the replacement blind as expected, but, 1. The promised screwdriver was absent 2. Instructions on how to fit a new blind. 3. Nothing about how to remove the old one! 4. Ability to purchase parts, like the wire/string, that one would imagine would be a come first fault. £130 when all I needed was 3 metres of the wire/string!
