The codes on your windows make life so easy for customer’s. I had no problem finding a replacement blind I needed and in the same colour to match another original
My parcel had an incomplete address so Parcelforce could not deliver it. My housename was missing, although it was entered correctly online, and showed correct on the order receipt. You need to sort out your addressing system, the address being printed on parcels is very unclear
Considering these blinds were £150 each and I have been unable to fit them as there were no spare plastic attachments in the box and was told I have to order them as an installation kit which is extra and 2-3 days for them to arrive. The customer is not happy and I have had a 2 hour and 22 mile trip wasted together with a bridge toll ! I’m very disappointed with velux
Overall, we love the design, colour and fitting of the blinds, with the blackout shade. However, the function and durability could be improved. The small plastic piece that the stringer ropes clip into on the blinds is quite flimsy and prone to breakage. The bit on our previous ones (which lasted about 3 years) kept popping out, eventually leading to it breaking and us having to replace both blinds. More robust, durable pieces would make for a higher quality, better functioning, longer-lasting product overall.
