We ordered 2 blinds the first one fitted so easy the second one we couldn't get right so we rang velux customer service and the guy was so helpful had it done in no time he was excellent.

Very helpful when returning the blinds I had ordered. It was very straightforward on the website. Filling in a form and collection was organised in a couple of days. Did find it strange having to upload a photo of my package that was returning. Almost like I was getting my homework marked re the re packaging job I'd done. Can see people to aren't great on computers/phones struggling with that part i.e. having to upload pictures in order to return.

I like the fact that by just quoting a window number it elevates the need for measuring everything. Choice of colours was good and although expensive they are worth investing in one. I always hate the add on for delivery and at this price I find that a bit petty.

The screws to fit the guide bars can be fiddly to fit. An explanation that an Allen key is needed would be helpful as the guide indicates a cross head screwdriver would be needed.

Good quality products and lots of choice. Attention to detail with the fitting instructions and method. We replaced our windows after 20 years for a new look and the quality still shows.
