Item delivery date was and number of weeks and was delayed. I was told, but not given a rwason why it was delayed od how long it might be. My Velux window is about 30 years old, so very impressed heat blinds arwme still available. Video guidance shows removal of an item that does not exist on my old window, so confusing, but customer service were extremely reassuring and said the item would definitely fit. They told me to ger back to them if there was any problem - very helpful
