The website was useful but not clear enough re sizing, especially for older windows, so I called and the care agent was very helpful.

I had. A previous installation but struggled to remove old blinds because everyone assume you install new and was concerned that I would break the fittings. Also in some videos it shows easy to open boxes and the screws supplied weren’t for a star screwdriver.luckily I could reuse the older screws from the previous velux
Please don\'t use Parcelforce. They are terrible. They delivered two days early and didn\'t knock on the door, just left a card. I was home at the time. They then redelivered at a different time from what they said. I still haven\'t got the second part of my order. Another couple of improvements that would help an otherwise fantastic installation process - have instructions on how to remove the old product and have more detailed instructions on how to pair a remote and how to pair two remotes to both control two blinds.
