The instructions for installing the product were not clear enough - more steps closer sketches/photos. if Velux do not want to do lots of languages an official YouTube clip of a person installing the exterior blind would be the perfect solution.

I received e mails to confirm order and dispatch and initial contact from Envri but no further info about delivery date or time. Fortunately we were in when the courier called . I have given the same comments to Envri. Everything else was good and the product does exactly what it says and is easy to use.

The quality of Velux products cannot be underestimated - they are top quality and you get what you pay for. The only thing I'm not convinced by was the delivery times - much longer than stated at the time of ordering but otherwise happy with everything else.

Remote control for electric flat roof ski light installed in 2015 type830465 3LRA02ww 42BD10KA NOT AVAILABLE NOW. Not available on the web. Products for installed roof skylight installed 10-15 year back should be available from the manufacturer.

I have not received the velux blinds that k waited 2 weeks for. The delivery company decided to hand them to a neighbour who I have no contact with and as such I am yet to even get my blinds. I’m extremely disappointed that these very expensive blinds were just handed over to a complete stranger without my consent. I am still trying to establish where they are and of the delivery company has recovered them and secured them for delivery to me!
