Parts were missing from one of the blinds and have been promised to be delivered before July 8th which is much longer than it took for the he actual blind delivery. This has delayed the installation of the blind

My order was for 4 blackout blinds and 4 pole operation attachments. I was amazed to receive 8 separate delivery progress emails, 8 separate packages and 8 requests for reviews from Evrie who delivered them all together. I had no issues with the service or delivery but couldn’t someone have noticed it was only one order?

Still waiting on delivery. Says insufficient address. Courier said velux have to change it. Called velux last week who said they would, nothing arrived and still shows insufficient address on Parcelforce website

Very pleased with product. It pays to buy quality. We bought a similar style from another company and the blind would not close properly. No such problems with Velux.

Great that you’ve dropped the string winder bits and changed the screws to Philips . This is my 3rd order as the kids ruin the string wound ones and I hope these last . Fitted in 15min each
