Great blinds delivered very promptly.

The blinds arrived in open packaging and just left on doorstep. The two small adapters were sent out separately to the blinds and each other. So two large boxes arrived each with a padded envelope each containing a small box with an adapter in each!!!

The product description could be clearer. The blinds I ordered didn't specify if they came with mounting brackets, so I had to order mounting brackets from the website with the blinds. I now have mounting brackets that I'll never need but can't throw out. It’s not the worst problem to have and I did get a refund but it feels like such a waste. Other than that, the delivery was great and the blinds were easy to install and good quality.

Overall easy to order the correct blind. Reasonable price and delivered promptly. The fitting instruction are terrible. I’m fairly good at diy but this took some head scratching to work out. Some proper instructions would help. Other than that excellent

I buy from Velux because I trust the quality of the products. I have Velux manufactured sky lights and this order was for a roller blind for one of them. I fitted it myself referring to the Velux fitting app.. I have also purchased and fitted the blind adapter however, the adapter design is not very good. The angle is not suitable for the angle of the Sky light/sloped ceiling. When the blind is pulled using a pole a person will automatically pull straight downwards otherwise the pole bottom end will hit the wall. I think the design team needs to physically check this and design a different shaped adapter to compensate for a person pulling downwards. Other customers have mentioned the same issue.

I understood from the information on the website that I would need to purchase the fixing brackets separately (for about £6) when they were actually included in the kit. I now have two spare brackets I don't need. I felt this wasn't clearly explained when I ordered. Otherwise a lovely product.

Good old fashioned service. Delivered what was promised and on time. Quality product . Great website, easy to follow and find relevant window size.

The website has an issue when it comes to payment , it will not accept payment when Firefox is the browser, but will accept via MS Edge. As most other merchants will work with Firefox this is inconvenient. Please sort.
