No problem with Velux itself, the website or the ordering. I just wish Royal Mail would actually deliver the samples I ordered! I’d like to place an order but without the samples, I don’t know what I want so guess I won’t be buying anything.

I requested samples and they arrived promptly and were exactly as ordered replacement blind on its way, very pleased with the response would highly recommend.

My velux product delivery was scheduled ahead of the delivery date so I was very pleased. Also there was a choice of delivery dates so very convenient. The delivery, tracking, etc was perfect. But my product arrived in a very badly damaged box, with items falling out that the delivery driver handed to me. I have checked the components in the box compared to the instructions and contents I was expecting and all seems to be ok and undamaged. Fingers crossed. I won’t be installing this product for another month so will see then, I guess. As for the product itself, looks good, well made, but I would have liked a white insect screen instead of black. I guess black is more practical but didn’t see any choice on the website. Overall pleased with the product although not yet fitted, and delivery was as expected just a shame it was damaged packaging.

Blinds installed by your verified installer for, inter alia, Worcestershire two weeks ago and I’m waiting for your installer to return to make the electricity connection.
