Your staff are very polite and lovely to deal with. But I had to phone back several times because errors were made such as I did a video and photo of my three VELUX windows and then I got a quote for only one external black out blind and then you have to phone back to sort out the quote. I know you have the ring back service but for various reasons it does not work and then you have to phone back again. Your staff are a pleasure to talk to but you still wish you did not have to do it. I have now received the blinds but have to wait until 2nd October to have then fitted so cannot comment on quality etc.
