The instructions are well thought out but could do with what to do with more words to explain the function of the the removable red bits. Plus explain the use of the "square" headed screw heads. The blind, once fitted, is not as free flowing as our old blinds!

I received 4 blinds from you (GGL UK04), which are long blinds, recently. All packaging was damaged in transit, in two cases the boxes had been pierced, and in one case, the blind was damaged and need replacing. All were shipped via Evri. It seems that Evri are not competent to do the job, and for long packages such as these, 140 cm, you should go to another carrier. Quality of the product is good, and shipment was prompt, including of the replacement. It's a shame that your service is let down by poor shipping.

Fantastic service. and easy to use web site . . The products from Velux has never been an issue they are the best without doubt and in over 20 years ive never had faulty goods.or damaged products .

Products excellent. I ordered 5 things - 4x small items and a replacement window pole. All 4 small items were individually packaged and each of the 5 items was sent under a separate courier delivery. 5x the packaging required and items were delivered across 3 days. Very poor delivery planning, extremely bad for the planet and could be very easily improved! All 5 items were part of the same order.

I ordered and installed the first blind in 2007, I have found these blinds extremely durable and looking forward to another 18 years of service with the new blackout blind !!
