The instructions for fitting the external heat reduction blinds was not fully clear. It’s as if the minimum amount of info is provided to minimise the size of the instructions. Things like which way to hold the blind to add the brackets was confusing and also which way to present the blind to the frame. Also the website could benefit from slightly clearer info on which products fit which window type. I obviously got there in the end and ordered the correct product but it could have been a little easier.

The customer service agent was really helpful. He guided me through the ordering process and ensured that I had everything I needed. He recommended YouTube videos to help with installation. Highly recommended. Thanks

Having charged £5.00 for delivery of a relatively light parcel, I don't understand why I am given an approximate TWO WEEK delivery date. I also think the cost of the maintenance kit is very high considering its simple contents. But then I'm a grumpy old man!

No problem with Velux itself, the website or the ordering. I just wish Royal Mail would actually deliver the samples I ordered! I’d like to place an order but without the samples, I don’t know what I want so guess I won’t be buying anything.
