Really poor design quality. The blind if you pull up directly from the middle tends to gather from the sides and gets tangled up . £180 every 3 years is rubbish quality. I have two young daughters 12 and 13 and the blinds are not robust . Poor quality

Your company great and great products. The only bad thing was using Everi as your delivery company. One blind arrived and 2 sets of top fixing brkts but one blind did not arrive. And you can't speak to anyone at Everi. It arrived 2 days later but was sent to my local Everi delivery shop. That was after spending ages online with Everi and they came back with as the product was damaged to contact you to arrange a new blind and delivery. They are bloody useless. My blinds fit perfectly and look amazing up the quality and finish are fantastic I would definitely recommend this product and company

these velux windows are very difficult to open and close.
