i received 9 delivery notifiactions from 3 different companies, and still you delivered it on the wrong day, even though i had telephoned TWICE to confirm dates, and it was left outside in the rain. !!!!!!!

Ordered 2x blinds and 2x fixing bracket kits. Only received 1 blind and one fixing bracket kit. Took 11 days from date of order to receive half the order. However the delivery note indicates that the complete order has been sent. During the checkout process the delivery address kept being changed or put in a different order even after manually correcting. This order is for a client who need these blinds fitted in their head office asap. the poor delivery service is reflecting very poorly on me. Good product though

Asked to fill in a customer satisfaction survey, BUT goods have not yet arrived & tracking suggests they are still in Denmark!

The instructions were simple enough but I did have an idea of how to install as I’d watched a YouTube video prior to ordering not sure if you promote this option but well worth it. I like the colour I have chosen but offering colour swatches would be ideal to get a better colour match.

My parcel was due for delivery on the 11/8, but turned up a day early. It was fortunate that I requested it to be delivered to a safe place as I was not in.

Well I ordered ages ago and still don’t have the blinds. The first time I ordered I phone the next day because I could see how to order a second type of blind and the woman said she would need to cancel the order and asked me to order again. I still have not got the money from the cancelled order ?
