Very friendly and helpful staff when I had issue with electric window reset and existing blind replacement. The staff easily directed me and sent me instructions via email which meant I could do it myself instead of paying 100s to a trades person. With everything moving to AI my Velux experience made me realise how nice it is to have the human in the loop.

I ordered samples at least seven days ago and I have not yet received them. The shop i wish to purchase my blinds from as they also fit the blinds also ordered some samples for me and they haven't arrived either. Disappointed!

Still not received it, why do you use Evri, they are appalling. If I’d known you used Evri I would not have ordered from you.

Do not ship with EVRi, I will not use you again and would not have bought from you had I known you used them. Absolutely terrible courier and consistently the worst performing in the Scotland. Still no delivery as there has been a "problem"

Installation instructions should be included with the product!!! I now have a blind that I cannot use!!!! Very frustrating and disappointing.

website said items would be delivered by wednesday - so hitch was key driver to us ordering via website when we did. turns out they’ll actually arrive around a week later than this
