One blind was faulty which I found to be very annoying as I couldn’t complete the installation and have to wait another 10days for a replacement.

Instructions were terrible. I’d recommend investing in some user testing to ensure that instructions are user friendly.

Stock of refurb package had to be sent from abroad. Stock should be kept in UK to enable faster delivery.

Very poor service from Evri , lost one blind can’t find it ! Say they attempted delivery but never.
