We have had several problems with the quality of blackout blinds coming away from runners at sides but usually managed to fix ourselves. The latest was a brand new blind , just fitted. Customer services were great, went as far to video call me to see problem for themselves. Never once tried to question issue or blame us, arranged new blind to be sent straight away. Very friendly and helpful.
