Pricing seemed high, although the product is good quality. The delivery timescale seemed to be rather lengthy, given the cost of the product and suppliers of other goods offering free next day (or similar) on similarly priced products. What was \'worse\' was when the package was delivered several days early without any warning and therefore had to be collected the following day from the post office. If there\'d been a text notification (or similar) as, again, many other retailers provide, I wouldn\'t have gone out that day until after the delivery had been made.
We are seasoned DIY people so wouldn\'t say everyone would find installation easy and we resorted to U tube videos to help us with all three we fitted.
I found very helpful customer service but I am disappointed that the return which was agreed that a week later the delivery company has still not contacted me about collecting the return package. I am an elderly widow and thought a week later the package would have been returned and refund issued l
