I was totally confused about when my order was going to be delivered, it didn’t arrive when it said it was, I was confused by what was arriving when, I was asked if I wanted the package to be delivered on another day to which I replied I’d like it delivered two days later - it then arrived 5 days early! The lead time from ordering to delivery was way too long - most products these days are delivered within two to three days.

Simple to use website & found what I was looking for easily. Fair price & delivery, although delayed, I was notified of delay. Velux roof light maintenance kit, restored my roof-lite to good as new :-) Thank you

Tip of rod broke after 3 days, not the first time either obviously either a design or product fault

blinds arrived damaged and unusable. velux offered quick replacement which is very appreciated, however its not arrived yet. we can blame the courier for it , however the parcel have not been packaged adequately from the seller. and we created another chunk of landfill ( as i was asked by velux to dispose of the damaged blinds) all at the GREED of the velux of not investing in proper packaging. Disappointing experience.
