Yes- my tracking says my order was delivered Fri 14th August and it was never delivered. My door camera shows no delivery made. I have no tracking number in the UK to trace it. I contacted the delivery service listed in the email sent to me and they said I need to pick up with yourselves but I'm still waiting for a reply and to contact Parcelforce but I have no tracking number! Very disappointing after waiting this long.
