It seems almost miraculous that l could obtain a blind to fit a window installed over forty years ago. Well done Velux for your excellent standards of workmanship
I would like you to inprove quality of blinds as they still seen not very tight after fitting
the window blind had 2 plastic brackets missing we informed customer services and they offered to send them.
It has been 2 days since the \"delivery date\" and I still didn\'t receive my order. I JUST checked the delivery details and it states as \"The parcel could not be delivered as further address information is needed”. However, I received Mounting Bracket today so there was no more information needed for the brackets. I urgently need information.
the blind doesn\'t move quite as smoothly as other ones I\'ve had from you. I don\'t know if that \'s due to my installation or if it\'s a change in your manufacturing.
We had an issue that all did not arrive together, hence I had to contact customer services who were brilliant and ordered a replacement immediately. However when the missing one arrived we managed to cancel. If a message had said part of order to follow this could have been avoided.
