The instructions were feeble and unclear. Maybe make a YouTube video and then just include a link to the instructions so you could watch your exact style being put up?
Unfortunately we had a problem with our Velux blind which we didn’t get round to reporting for quite a while, though it was still under guarantee. (Probably because of the heart-sinking feeling of potential hassle that might be to come). All that was required was a photo to demonstrate the issue and the subsequent replacement was confirmed without hesitation. We were given a clear description of what would happen next - and it did.
