I am a returning customer and have always been satisfied with the product and service.

The instructions do not include details of how to remove an existing Velux blind. I did find it online eventually but having it in the documentation would have made things easier.

Too expensive

Able to find a blind for a very old velux window that other sites did not have

blinds let in too much light which isn\'t good for a black-out product

It was so very easy to order and fit my replacement blind. Velux blind are a joy to own. A very happy customer indeed!

I believe that l have installed the blind correctly, but it let\'s more light in than are previous older design.

The instructions on how to install it (including to remove the old one) are useless. Luckily there is a good youtube demo. (It is easy, but I still needed the video.)

Package was damaged and looked like it was bend half way but on opening and inspecting the blind everything was ok..
