I have fitted several of your blinds in the past without problem and have always been impressed with the quality and templates which ensure accurate placement. On this occasion, despite having fitted and refitted the blind several times it is very stiff to operate, requiring considerable pressure to open and close. I suspect it’s useful life will be limited.
