Due to having VERY old windows, I made an order and checked with both customer & technical services before confirming and BOTH came back to confirm correct. Blinds subsequently ordered and fitted perfectly! Superb customer service at its very best - brilliant indeed!
The side struts didn\'t easily fit into the top section. Plus the instructions didn\'t work properly. This may because it is a very old window
The blackout blind I purchased allows light through between the blind itself and the header frame. Disappointing.
