The delivery tracking was confusing, with notice of a delay which was inaccurate. I you are going to delay an item make sure it is delay and not just covering your backs incase it might be. honesty is the best policy, no one likes a surprise
Buying on the uk website did not say blind was to take a 6 day cycle journey over France . Got to be careful what I say , but it also took a while to cross the English Channel. So overall your shipping method needs improving.
Was replacing a 20-year old velux blind. New blind is very well designed to make installation quick and simple.
