We are seasoned DIY people so wouldn\'t say everyone would find installation easy and we resorted to U tube videos to help us with all three we fitted.
I found very helpful customer service but I am disappointed that the return which was agreed that a week later the delivery company has still not contacted me about collecting the return package. I am an elderly widow and thought a week later the package would have been returned and refund issued l
Was easy process to find and order the correct blinds - delivery was quick and on time and installation was easy.
The quality of the blinds is a bit crap and cheap feeling, especially for the money. I think it\'s a bit of a shame as it really lets the entire product down. I wouldn\'t ever recommend the product or use velux branded blinds in future.
I think the installation instructions could have been clearer. Once we had done one - we were ok.
The blind was excellent but because my small window is old and the wood very hard, your screws down the sides were not good enough and had that silly round hole for the screwdriver which we didn’t have. But we found others so all was good but took quite long to fit. However it looks very good now.
