We were unable to reset the solar blond in order to set it up. No online info from searches were helpful in that the button wasn’t mentioned. The manual was useless. Took a phone call to sort out. The person said this is a new model and the instructions are different. Once we found the button and did what he said the blind was absolutely fine.

Design of the blind is so clever, and put together so that it's almost impossible to do anything incorrect!

I thought the overall experiene of searching for the relevant product and purchasing was good. The item was delivered quickly and installation was easy. I was disappointed to find the product that I did order went down in price a few days later.

The website was not helpful, it was impossible to figure out what information I needed and what was related to the product I have. In addition the equipment I was sent did not work and would not connect to my WiFi!

Blind arrived and looks good. But I can’t put it up as my Window does not have the required mounting brackets. Ordering process did not prompt me to check for these. I now have to order again, pay another delivery fee and wait another 7-10 days in really hot weather before I can put my new blind up.
