Our blind has been up less than a week, and already malfunctioned so we cannot open it, despite working perfectly when first installed. Its very difficult to access which is why we bought a solar blind, so this is extremely disappointing. We have velux blinds in another room and most of these are also broken (strings snapped, blinds wont roll in) so perhaps we are the fools for buying velux and believing this one would be any better quality!
