Still waiting for the delivery despite the tracking app showing it’s been at the uk depot since 02.05 approx 35 hrs ago. I appreciate they are coming from France but it was the 5th March when GLS received the parcel, today is the 15th March. That is 10 days ago! I am appalled that a company as large as Velux has such a bad delivery service provider.
