I had to try several times to get my order to go through. As I wasn't sure if only one order had gone through I ended up phoning customer services to confirm that there was only one order. Lady at Velux very helpful.

Notified that the blind would be delivered on a specific date and between certain times by a named person. It didn't arrive and tracking info said that it had back to the depot. However, it arrived the following day with no further updates. The packaging was damaged, but fortunately the blind was OK.

Reassuring that replacement blinds could be easily fitted to 30 year old Velux windows without a fuss.

I wanted a blind that would reduce the light level, but not black out completely. I found it very difficult to tell from the website which blind would be suitable.
