To further explain, I bought 2 blinds & 1 service package - I received 3 separate emails almost daily regarding despatch, on its way etc. I received 1 blind yesterday, another today and the service pack separately today. Seems a waste of postage and time to have 3 separate deliveries and the EVRI service is really unreliable in my area, That's the biggest disappointment - great products/ online ordering but rubbish delivery
