Incomplete delivery. Then they sent a replacement and tried to charge for it. Now 1 year later they are asking for money and the Customer support has to go by email to Poland and they can’t transfer you to someone to talk to!! Awful service.
Was unhappy with extra cost to use App after spending £4000 on windows. Eventually sorted and sent gateway. Now looking to order blinds for them. Thank you.

The blind brackets are ridiculously overpriced for what they are and should be included with the blind which itself is very expensive compared to competitors\' product. You\'re trading on a brand here and you can\'t do that forever.
Even though our windows are 40 years old, it was easy to find the correct \'blackout\' blind, which as always, was really easy to fit and is perfect. I appreciate quality costs, but £300 for 2 blinds seems rather expensive.
