A blind purchased some years ago had a ratchet type device instead of the side strings. I prefer the original device which was easier to fit and I wondered why you had changed it.
Has not been an easy install - still trying to adjust and not confident that it will be fully functional on one window - the other was OK BUT this product DOES NOT work on high windows where you have to use a pole to operate. Wish I\'d known that before purchasing as wouldn\'t have bothered.
The whole process was made so easy for us to replace our blind. I was very nervous about how difficult it would be to get a replacement and whether I could do it at all.
Rang to check size of blind and customer support answered my query promptly. Easy to follow instructions to fix the blind and pleased that it cuts out all light when the blind is down.
the order was due to be delivered on Thursday after we ordered and it arrived on Friday. I sat in all day on Thursday from 8am to 6pm. No communication. Your service advisor said she\'s refund the delivery fee which was over £30, still not received it!
It would have been nice if the QR code on my window took me to the correct size of blind I needed instead of just taking me to the Velux website, where I had to enter the product code. But that’s just a small criticism, overall very happy with the whole process.
