I would be able to give a better score if 1. The blinds had arrived 2. You had told me they were going to arrive 3 days after they actually did 3. Nobody signed for the item 4. No calling card was left When I called at 4:30pm on Friday after discovering they had apparently been delivered but there was no sign of them. I was told that nobody could assist until Monday if I would like to call back then!
Dimensions and products were absolutely spot on, great product designed with future-proofed efficiency.
I never received the sample swatches that I requested even when I emailed the company a couple of times. Not sure what went wrong but obviously I am now inclined to shop elsewhere.
My original order was damaged and a fitting kit was missing from the open package. I suggest stronger boxing and a more care full carrier. There was water damage and mud on the split card board. Your customer support dealt with the replacement well , but I had to insist that you collect the damaged items rather Thame me have dispose of the them or use them as suggested. What use would 2 extra faulty blinds be?
Great blinds, only replaced our old ones of 15yrs for a colour change. Hopefully the new ones will last another 15yrs. Also super fast delivery !
As a product designer myself it was satisfying to install such nicely-designed and well-engineered products. Clear instructions too.
The videos online showcase the ease of installation and product function, we fitted the Solar Black Out option, which is perfect for keeping the light out and control with the wireless remote provided.
Thank you to the lady from customer service who telephoned me regarding the issue (courier damage). We found nothing missing from the split box and now have two lovely new blinds fitted, but the best thing was her support.
