The blinds I bought were not paired to be able use after installation and they are not completely black as the blinds are slightly crumpled when closed

The only issue I have with Velux is the difficulty in getting information on the correct blind selection which led to me ordering incorrect blinds that cost me approximately £400 and were 50 mm short due to a change of design.

I did have to persist longer than I wanted as I found it not doing what I wanted. The product was very easy to install, packed very well and arrived earlier than stated. Very nice blackout blinds.
