The blind has exceeded my expectations. It completely shuts out the light. It’s fantastic.
Return not applicable but the other aspects were very easy to navigate. Fitting was a little confusing but got there eventually
Jennifer from customer service did not amend the invoice as requested! Slow service just to get a copy of a invoice!
Delivery information was a little confusing as the two blind came from different locations and on different days, although they were both forecast to arrive on the same day. We ordered for a 2-in-1 window unit.
Don’t use a courier that can’t deliver on the day they say they will (Royal Mail)
