the hardest part of the installation was actually removing the old worn-out blind. i didnt want to damage the frame mounting point, and had to slowly crack-off bits of the old blind mounting plastic, until i could see inside. there didnt seem to be any obvious way of cleanly removing the old blind. if there is, then please add to the instructions. the new blind packaging and instructions were really well laid out, logical and easy to follow. i did note however the highlighted caution and care with the blind strings and to keep them untangled, and i also noted your careful packaging of the strings to reduce tangles, but they were tangled, and it took some time to work it out, untangle and clip into place. i expect a number of customers would have struggled to work out the correct orientation of the strings. however the blind works really well, and we are really pleased with it.
