The installation was extremely easy and the product worked immediately. I didn’t have to use any professional installer or service. It was fully diy. The quality of the product was really nice. I could easily integrate it with the VELUX active app and started to work immediately

The information on the box when it arrived was confusing. It had the code and measurements for a different product to the one I had ordered. Didn’t want to open the box if it had to be returned. Called number given. The call took a long time to get through but the agent was extremely helpful. She recommended that we open the box and the silver plate on the blind matched what I had ordered. Disappointment turned to relief. Fitted very easily and doing the job well.

I really liked the fact that I could defer delivery by a few days which allowed me to pick a day I knew I was going to be in. The delivery date was spot on and the communication leading up to it was perfect. Fast and easy - perfect Thank you

Great product, we will be buying more! A greater range of fun colours and patterns (not just the children’s range) would be welcome. We bought the clouds in blue sky blackout and love them!

Yes rang as my velux pole had broken ,required a new one to manually open windows & my velux blinds,which were installed 2016. I had no part number or paper work as my builder installed. The customer service lady on the phone was fantastic ,gave me concise information of what I needed & the cost exactly, including delivery. Well done velux
