I needed to replace an old blind but the new one had a different fixing mechanism that required 2 people to put it in. It was also slightly smaller than the original. I am pleased that it no longer has a cord system to pull it up and down. Instructions could have had words to explain!

I found my experience to be quite simple after I was able to confirm what velux windows I had through searching emails for 20minutes. I wonder if there could be an AI window recognition software in the further to make the sizing a bit easier to find? Otherwise fantastic service and prompt delivery.

Very impressed with the information on the website. We had never purchased velux blinds before so knew nothing about them but the website took us through every step clearly and easily - very impressed. Thank you to the team who put this together they have thought it through very well.
