I thought the website was very easy to use, I was a little worried about ordering the correct blind, but it was made easy for me. I thought it wasn’t the easiest thing in the world to install, but I managed to fit both my blinds.

The mounting brackets have been delivered but there is no sign of the blind! Both were ordered and paid for at the same time. There has been no communication from the courier about delivery of a second package. Where is the blind?

All of the windows are coded so there’s no measuring - you just enter the correct code. Installing ourselves was easy - we had one query and so we called and the agent was really helpful and talked us through.

Yes. I think the fitting instructions were very poor and I had to find a video on YouTube to show me how and then I realised how easy it was. I really think you are doing yourself an injustice by not using a similar approach. A link to a video could solve this very easily.

As explained in our voicemail, these items are stocked at our manufacturing facility in France and therefore require a longer delivery time compared to products held in the UK.
