The online shop was so easy to navigate and putting in the window model finder the products for that window are shown so I found the blinds I wanted easily.

I have had no communication to say the goods were delivered . Until this survey. They went to the wrong address. I only knew it had been delivered by our neighbourhood WhatsApp’s asking whose parcel is this….

My main reason for responding is to let you know that as much as I admire the design and quality of Velux windows and blinds I must stress that the fitting instructions and advice for the replacement blind are diabolical. If you want details then please contact me, but this is the only reason you don't have top rating from me.
