The delivery people put a card through our door saying they could gain access to the property. We were in at the time, they could have rung the doorbell and we would have let them in.

Product quality is excellent and fitting straight forward, however delivery (Evri) was atrocious- needed to re-arrange from home address to post office and it then took a week longer to be delivered

Very hard to find the blind control pole from your website front page. And then It is ridiculously expensive !

Good product and very helpful advice on ordering, but information on tracking delivery was inaccurate. It seemed to be stuck in a UK depot for several days ,but without warning was delivered.. We could have been on 2 weeks holiday!

Ordered on 14th August. So far, had an email to say one of three items has been dispatched...only I can't actually track it and it hasn't arrived.

Ordered velux blind which was received within a week, well packaged with clear instructions on how to fit the blind. Really impressed with website, delivery and product received.
