Make it clearer when promoting the black out blind bundle that I did not need the external blinds! I had no idea they went on the outside and now stuck with these useless blinds when all I needed were blackouts!

Good product which I would recommend to anyone with Velux windows. The website has lots of options which was a bit confusing at first but it just needs alittle time to go through them to pick what I wanted. At least there is a good range of options for those who want something a bit different. The installation instructions are good. The only thing I did wrong on the first of the two blinds I installed was that the side arm needs to be maneuvered to get the small tab on the head rail into the groove. Now ive done that they look perfect.

Packing for the small extra fittings was ridiculous! Each small item came separately in a large cardboard box when all 4 could have fitted into one smaller box!

I replaced an older style cord blind withyour newer version, both blackouts. This newer version does not fit as well as the old, light leaks in at the top and bottom.

Buying blinds for my Velux roof windows was totally stress free. Using the size codes means you get an exact fit without the hassle of measuring up! Definitely recommend ordering directly from Velux!

Installing my new blinds was a complete headache. Not at all straightforward - even when I had a video call with your Customer Services person. The information she gave me was incorrect. I had to get a local builder to come round and he was perplexed for a while too. He agreed with me that the printed instructions - and those given to me on the phone - were incorrect. Fortunately he took some initiative and managed to fit them. But it was all a headache.
